Our Story

Nouveau Quiche is local, seasonal, farm to table quiche made by husband and wife team, Armand Ignelzi and Sarah Axelrod. At Nouveau Quiche, we’ve spent a lot of time in the kitchen, reimagining & developing the perfect quiche. Inside ours, you’ll find only the best ingredients, prepared in unique & creative ways. Additionally, we always offer delicious vegetarian options.

This is why we consider our quiche to be nouveau (new) and not traditional.

“Ran into these folks last year at the Overland Expo… After the first bite, I knew in an instant they would sell out the first day, and that happened! Sooooooo good…honestly the best I’ve ever had.”

“Simply amazing! Light fluffy filling, perfectly cooked veggies and meat, and a wonderful crumbly crust! What’s not to love?”

“We found them at the Scottsdale Farmers Market. Unbelievable! Creamy! Luscious! We’re talking about driving up to Flagstaff just to get more.”
