Smashed Potato

Roasted smashed potato, spinach, manchego cheese, topped with a spinach chimichurri

Caramelized Garlic

Caramelized garlic in a balsamic herb reduction with goat cheese and sharp cheddar

Roasted Chili Bacon

Roasted chilies, bacon, aged cheddar, and leeks, topped with a mesquite honey drizzle

Portobello

Sautéed baby portobello mushrooms and shallots, Gouda and Taleggio cheeses, topped with cracked black pepper and truffle oil
